Paternal grandfather; Andrew (Linda) Tascione. Paternal grandmother; Jamie (Darren) Lechner. Paternal great grandmother; Donna Lechner. Paternal aunt; Jessica Davis. Many aunts, uncles, cousins, dear friends of the family.
Gianna was the light and happiness of her parents and family. Her smile and laugh lit up a room. She would talk for hours and was the soul and light of her parents. She will be dearly missed by her family forever.
The family would like to express a special thanks to the Staff of Golisano Children's Hospital and UR Medicine Home Care for the love and care they provided for Gianna and her family.
Services and interment will be private.
