Passed August 18, 2023 at the age of 97.
Predeceased by her husband Joseph Peter Acito.
Survived her children, Mary Ferera & Joseph F. Acito; grandchildren, Charleen (Doug) Hale & Karl (Katie) Vanderbrook; great grand children, Arianna Hale, Douglas Hale, Adrianna Vanderbrook, & Axton Vanderbrook; many nieces & nephews.
Genny loved her children, grandchildren, & great grandchildren. She loved traveling, especially to the Thousand Islands. She was full of life and brought energy with her to any room with her quick wit.
Funeral service will be Tuesday August 22, 4pm with calling after till 7pm at New Comer Cremations & Funerals, 2636 Ridgeway Avenue. Burial will be held privately at Holy Sepulchre Cemetery.
In lieu of flower please donate in her honor to the Alzheimer's Association of Rochester, NY.
