Passed away on, December 22, 2021 at the age of 75.
Predeceased by his parents, Gordon and Helen Williams and his daughter, Dawn Rooker.
He is survived by his devoted wife of 40 years, Kathleen Williams; son, James (Bonnie) Wharmby; grandchildren, Kevin (Amber) Smith, Chelsea (Brian) Gazzetta and Dylan Wharmby; six great-grandchildren; siblings, Richard (Linda) Williams, Paula Payne and Douglas (Florence) Williams; many nieces, nephews and dear friends.
Gordon retired from the Monroe County Sheriff's Department and was active in most veteran's organizations, especially the Marine Corps League and D.A.V.
Family will receive friends on Monday, January 3rd 4-7PM, at New Comer Cremations & Funerals, 2636 Ridgeway Avenue.
Interment at White Haven Memorial Park at the convenience of the family.
In lieu of flowers please make a contribution to any veteran's organization of your choice in Gordon's memory.
