Predeceased by her maternal grandfather, Edward Young; also survived by grandparents, Anne and William Leitner and Ernest and Kathleen Christopher; aunts, Amy (David) McKinley and Jill (Brian) Faucher; uncle, Todd (Amanda) Young and numerous great-aunts, uncles, cousins and extended family. Grace was cherished by all who knew her.
Friends and family are welcome to attend a Mass of the Angels on Saturday July 14, 2007 at 11AM in Holy Name of Jesus Church, 15 St. Martin's Way. Interment Holy Sepulchre Cemetery, Private.
