Passed away peacefully into the arms of her Lord & Savior on Feb. 21st, 2017
Predeceased by her husband, Alphonse Pocchiare and her twin sister Eleanora Fantigrossi.
Grace is survived by her daughter Sharon and husband Paul McCrary, son Gary and wife Kathy Pocchiare; grandchildren Kelly Grace and husband Domenic Gugliotta, Jason and wife Neris Pocchiare, Shawn and wife Katie Pocchiare, David and wife Leah McCrary; great grandchildren, Matteo Gugliotta, Natalia Pocchiare, Sofia Pocchiare, and a new precious baby girl Pocchiare on her way.
Sister in law Christine Robinson, brother in law Alexander Pocchiare; Special nieces and nephews, Denise and husband Donald Cook, James and wife Terry Fantigrossi, Tina Fantigrossi, Diane and husband Steve Ziblut, Ronald and wife Diedra Robinson, Mark and wife Debbie Robinson; many, many and many great nieces and nephews; her extended family in Canada; her extended family and friends at Lakeside Beikirch Care Center.
In memory of Grace Pocchiare, her family would like to extend their heartfelt appreciation and love to the staff, volunteers and residents at Lakeside Beikirch Care Center.
