Rochester: After a brief illness on Monday, March 1, 2010 at age 49. Survived by his parents, Graydon and Beverly McCarthy; wife, Holly; sons, Joshua and Justin; sisters, Barbara (David Taft) Farruggia and twin-sister, Caryn; brother, Jason (Kathy) McCarthy; mother and father-in-law, Roseann (John) Barstow; sisters-in-law, Bonnie (Kevin) Girvin and Colleen (Jim) Sheridan, many aunts, uncles, nieces, nephews and cousins by the dozens. Special close friends especially Randy (Kathleen) Harris.
Family will receive friends on Friday, March 5th from 4-8 PM at New Comer Funeral Home, 2636 Ridgeway Ave., where a Celebration of his Life will be held on Saturday at 10:30 AM. Private Interment. Contributions may be made to the Salvation Army, 10 Franklin St., Rochester, NY 14604.
