Predeceased by his brother, Timothy Hix, Russell Courtney. Sister, Alisa Courtney. Father, Charles Courtney.

Survived by his wife, Lisa Courtney. Brother, Chuck (Bernie) Courtney, Michael Courtney, Kevin Courtney, Scott Hix. Sisters, Judith Courtney, Sandra (Jim) Wilcox. Mother, Victoria Courtney. Many nieces and nephews.

The family will receive friends 4-6pm Monday February 17, 2025, at New Comer Cremations and Funerals, 2636 Ridgeway Ave. A Memorial Service will follow visitation at 6pm. Interment private.

In lieu of flowers, friends may make contributions to Lollypop Farm, Humane Society of Greater Rochester, 99 Victor Rd. Fairport, NY 14450 in memory of Billy.
