Rochester: Sunday, September 19, 2010 at age 96. She is predeceased by her husband, Frederick C. Heckman. Survived by her daughters Suzanne Heckman and Lorraine (Tom) Allocco; granddaughters, Amy (Ken) Rhoda, Tammy (Jeff) Barnsdale and Christine (Bruce) Huzyk; great-grandchildren, PFC Aaron Michael Esposito, John Paul Ward Rhoda, David Thomas Rhoda, Samuel John Huzyk, Nathanael Thomas Huzyk, Sarah Rose Huzyk, Cameron Lynn Barnsdale and Haley Anne Barnsdale; many nieces, nephews and special friends.
Visitation hours will be held on what would have been Harriet's 97th Birthday, Wednesday, September 22nd from 5-9 PM at New Comer Funeral Home, 2636 Ridgeway Ave., where a Celebration of her Life will be held on Thursday at 11 AM, followed by Interment at Mt. Hope Cemetery. In lieu of flowers contributions may be made to the Humane Society at Lollypop Farm, 99 Victor Rd., Fairport, 14450.
