Webster-
Passed away peacefully, surrounded by family, on December 4, 2023 at the age of 87.
Predeceased by his parents, Karl & Elsa Heindel; brothers, Werner & Eugiene; sister, Erna.
He is survived by his loving wife Theresa Zicari-Heindel; son, Raymond; grandson, Karl; sister, Erica; & many nieces, nephews and cousins in Germany.
As a young boy, surviving World War II, he was fascinated by the American G.I.'s, & from that moment, all he dreamed about was coming to America. He loved the American life, where he served his new country with the U.S. Army. He was strong willed & stubborn at times, but he also had an enormous heart. He was generous, loyal & brave. When his time came he carried himself with dignity & strength. He will be missed dearly.
There will be no viewing at Hal's request, however, everyone who remembers him is asked to celebrate Hal's life in their own way, raising a glass of their favorite drink in his memory would be appreciated.
Lastly, thank you to everyone for your thoughts & prayers for Hal and his family.
"Godspeed Jezebel!"
