Rochester: Passed away peacefully, Monday, May 26, 2008, at age 80 with her family at her side. She is survived by her loving husband of 47 years, Benjamin; sons, Manrique Benjamin, Jr., Edwin and Edward; daughters, Iris, Marie, Elizabeth and Janet; 17 grandchildren; 4 great-grandchildren; along with several brothers, sisters, nieces, nephews, in-laws and friends.
The family will receive friends on Thursday, May 29th from 5-9 PM at the Newcomer Funeral Home, 6 Empire Blvd. Mass of Christian Burial will be celebrated on Friday at 10 AM at St. Michael's Church, 869 N. Clinton Ave. Interment Holy Sepulchre Cemetery. Memorial contributions may be directed to Hospice of Rochester, Lifetime Care, 3111 Winton Rd. South, Rochester, NY 14623.
