Rochester: Passed February 14, 2009 at age 86. Predeceased by his first wife, Florence Whitmore and son, Terry Hilton. He is survived by his wife, Joan; children, Jodie, Jamie, Janine, Julie, Edward and Brian; step-children, Irene, Cora, Patricia, Kathy, Jack, Christopher and Earl; several grandchildren; 2 great-grandchildren; sister, Betty Gowan; brothers, Edward and Earl Hilton.
Jim worked at Alliance and Gleason Works as a Tool and Die Maker. He was a WWII Army veteran and a member of the VFW.
As he was loved in life, so he will be remembered.
Family and friends may attend calling hours 1-4 PM Thursday, February 19 at New Comer Funeral Home, 2636 Ridgeway Ave. In lieu of flowers, donations may be made to charity of choice.
