Hermann Neumeier, 83, of Greece NY passed away on October 8, 2023.
He was born in Munich, Germany, on April 16th, 1940. Hermann was a Sargent in the United States Marine Corps and served four years. He was employed by United Parcel Service and retired after 33 years of service.
Much of his Leisure time was spent playing Racquetball, riding motorcycles, woodworking or vacationing with friends and family. He devoted himself to his families care and had a deep love for traveling. The family enjoyed summers in Maine or Florida which turned into winter retirement in Florida once he retired.
Hermann is survived by his loving wife, Roxann Neumeier of 56 years and children Eric Neumeier and Amie Reisinger and grandson Nathan Reisinger. He was Pre-deceased by his parents Maria Anna and Fritz Pistor of Irondequoit, NY, brother Werner Neumeier of Webster NY, Sister-in-law Eugenia Casey of Irondequoit, NY, nephew Hans Werner Neumeier and numerous other family members.
He touched the hearts and souls of all who knew him.
A memorial service will be scheduled for immediate family. In lieu of flowers Hermann would request donations be made to U of R Memory Care Unit, in his honor.
