October 16, 2006, at age 72. Predeceased by his parents, John and Myrtle Parmele. Survived by his wife, Violet (Vicki); daughters, Kristine (William) Tourscher, Holley, NY, Deborah (Charles) Seifert of Ballston Spa, NY, Vicki Bevan of Greece, NY and Wendy Boehmer of W. Bloomfield, NY; 4 grandchildren, Michael, Jennifer, William and Jenna; sister, Susan (Richard) Evans; special friends, Kevin, Sara, Celia and Jacob Smith of Arlington, Vermont; and many nieces and nephews. Dave was a member of John Knox Presbyterian Church, Red River Masonic Lodge, Past President of the JayCees of Rochester and a volunteer with the Greece Ecumenical Food Shelf and the Ronald McDonald House.
Friends may call at New Comer Family Funeral Home, 2636 Ridgeway Ave. Friday from 2-4, 7-9. Memorial Services will be held Saturday at 1:00PM at the John Knox Presbyterian Church, followed by a Reception in the church hall. Contributions may be made to the Ronald McDonald House, 333 Westmoreland Dr., Rochester, 14620, John Knox Presbyterian Church, 3233 West Ridge Road, 14626 or The Greece Ecumenical Food Shelf, 500 Maiden Lane, 14616.
