He is predeceased by his father, Jack R. Hicks Sr.
He is survived by his mother, Helen Hicks, his siblings, Donald (Fran) Hicks, and Kathy (Tom) Hunter, his nieces, Tara, Lindsey, and Kirsten Hicks, and Ashley and Rachel Hunter, his nephew, Jerry Davids, his great niece and nephews, Reagan, Edin, and Marijo, and many cousins and special friends.
Services will be held privately at the convenience of the family.
In lieu of flowers donations may be made in Jack's name to St. Jude's children's Hospital, or the Habitat for Humanity.
