Spencerport, NY - Born: March 26, 1967 Brockport, NY
Jackie Sue Overmyer, age 54, passed away at Hildebrandt Hospice Care Center on June 7, 2021 after a brief battle with cancer.
Jackie is predeceased by her parents, Ronald (Red) Overmyer and Jaclyn Schreiner Overmyer and brother Thomas (Shirley). She is survived by her sister Karen Overmyer, and brothers Ronald, James (Laurie), Ove (Teddy Williams), Jerry (Linda). Jackie is also survived by many loving aunts, uncles, cousins, nieces, nephews, friends, and fierce advocates including longtime care providers Francine Sullivan and Kelly Lawrow.
Jackie faced many significant health challenges while on her journey through life. The efforts of so many loving and caring people who provided her with daily comfort and care will always be remembered and valued by her family.
Calling hours are scheduled from 4:00 – 7:00 pm Thursday June 10, 2021 at the New Comer Cremations and Funerals, 2636 Ridgeway Ave. Rochester, NY 14626. All other funeral arrangements will be private.
Cards and letters can be sent to the Overmyer family, 34 Canfield Place, Rochester, NY 14607. In lieu of flowers, please make a modest donation in Jackie's memory to a favorite charity or nonprofit of your choice.
