James F. Ammann

Gates: Passed away unexpectedly on Sunday, January 8th 2017 at age 85. Predeceased by parents, Harold & Margaret (Beilby) Ammann; daughter, Deborah Ammann. Survived by his loving wife of 31 years, Margaret Ammann; children, Kim (Hobe) Tellez, Cynthia Ammann, James (Joellen) Ammann II, Deborah (John) Nielsen, Brenda McBride (Matt Goulden), William (Kelly) Gillette; 13 grandchildren, 4 great-grandchildren; sisters, Eleanor Andrews, Joanne (Paul) Snell, Nancy (Larry) Tschetter; brother, Edward (Gloria) Ammann; along with many nieces, nephews and close friends.

Jim was a proud US Air Force Veteran and a member of the UA Local 13 Plumbers & Pipefitters.

Calling Hours will be held on Monday, January 16th from 5-8 PM at New Comer Funeral Home, 2636 Ridgeway Avenue where a Celebration of Jim's Life will be held at 10 AM on Tuesday January 17th. Entombment to follow at Riverside Cemetery, where Jim will receive his Military Honors.
