Rochester: Passed away Sunday, January 4, 2009 at age 92. He is predeceased by his wife, Aline Rasbach (Brown); parents, D. Bennett and Edith Rasbach, also brother David Austin Rasbach. Survived by his son, Richard A. (Barbara) Rasbach; daughter, Lucinda (George) Farragut; grandchildren, Gary (Tracy) Farragut, Mary (Jeremy) Bennett, David (Leeann) Rasbach and Michael (Theresa) Rasbach; great-grandchildren, Avery Bennett, Samuel, Margaret, Benjamin and Anna Smith; sister in law, Gwen Rasbach; niece and nephews, Mary Atwell, John Rasbach, Alex Rasbach and special friend, Alice Patterson. James was a retiree of Eastman Kodak after serving 30 years as a Supervising Engineer. He was a member of the Greece School Board and a member of John Knox Presbyterian Church.
A Memorial Service will be held Saturday, January 10th at 2 PM at John Knox Presbyterian Church, 3233 W. Ridge Rd. Interment will be private. Memorial contributions may be directed to John Knox Presbyterian Church.
