Rochester: Passed surrounded by loving family, Wednesday, February 11, 2009 at age 66. He was predeceased by his father, James Dugan and brother, William Dugan. He is survived by his mother, Sylvia Dugan; loving wife, Doris (Von Buren); sons, Michael Dugan and Steven (Thip) Dugan; grandchildren, Nicholas and Alayna Dugan; sisters, Marian (Dan) Ferguson and Margaret Dugan; brothers, Robert, Lawrence and John Dugan; several special nieces and nephews; and many dear friends. He was a U.S. Air Force Veteran.
Family and friends may attend calling hours 12-2 P.M. Sunday at New Comer Funeral Home, 2636 Ridgeway Ave., followed by a Memorial Service at 2 P.M. Private Interment. In lieu of flowers donations may be made to Hospice of Rochester Lifetime Care, Hildebrandt Hospice Care Center, 3111 Winton Rd. S., Rochester, NY 14623.
