Rochester - Passed away on April 14, 2020 at the age of 73.
Predeceased by his wife, Susan; parents, Howard & Hazel; brother John.
He is survived by his commit mate, Ann Bayley; sons, Derek (Vanessa Levy) & Nathan; Ann's 2 children, Fox (Ray) Wallace & Daniel Bayley; grandchildren, Jon, Kasandra, Hunter, Griffin, Madison, & Liam; sister, Sarah (Ake) Torstenson.
Jim was a volunteer with the First Unitarian Universalist Schools Partnership Committee. An active hiker with Genesee Valley Hiking Club and the Finger Lakes Trail Conference. He was a teacher and practitioner of T'ai Chi with Great Lake T'ai Chi Center.
Private Interment at White Haven Memorial Park.
In lieu of flowers memorials may be directed to Genesee Valley Hiking Club, 35 Chimayo Road, Rochester, NY 14617.
