He is survived by Deborah Ruffel; granddaughter, Alissa Motsay; sisters, Jo Ann (Dennis) Clark and Kathleen O'Connell; brother, Patrick (Jackie) O'Connell and many nieces and nephews.
James' interment will be on Saturday, November 20th at 10AM at Riverside Cemetery, 2650 Lake Ave., Rochester, NY.
