James R. Cook, Sr.

July 18, 2004. Predeceased by his brother, Harry Cook and sister, Beverly Bean. He is survived by his loving wife of 49 years, Ellenor E. Cook; children, James(Linda)Cook, Jr. , Patricia(Roger)Forbes, Edward(Carol)Cook, Suzanne(Gordon)Spicer and Johnnie(Jean)Cook; sister, Linda(Richard)Wall; grandchildren, Jessica and Jillian Cook, Shannon Forbes, Sara and Katie Cook, Laura, Rachelle and Lindsey Brenner, Michael and Nicholas Spicer; sister-in-law, Helena(Pat)Carter. In lieu of flowers, contributions may be made to Aldersgate United Methodist Church, 4115 Dewey Ave., 14616 in his memory.
