He is survived by his loving wife of 50 years, Mary E. Talbot; son, Joshua R. (Karen) Talbot; daughter, Kristy Ann Talbot; grandchildren, Ryan James Talbot and Katelyn Grace Talbot; siblings, Eileen (Alan) Truax, Albert (Barb) Talbot, David (Joan) Talbot, Elizabeth (Paul) Lucero, Sylvia (Bill) Sweet; mother-in-law, Ruth Pettit Snoddon; brother-in-law, William (Mary) Pettit; many nieces, nephews and cousins.
James' Memorial Service will be held Saturday, April 27th at 11AM at Faith Bible Church, 1095 East Henrietta Road, Rochester, NY 14623
