Saturday, November 26, 2005 at age 48. Predeceased by her husband, David Hamm and mother, Gail Shafer. She is survived by her daughter, Jina; father, Philip Shafer;sister, Cathy (Bob) McMahon; brothers, Matt(Teresa) and Andrew Shafer; nieces and nephews, Michael and Siobhan Murtagh and Jacob Shafer. Several aunts ,uncles and cousins.
No prior calling hours. Family and friends are invitied to gather Tuesday, 1PM at the Lake Ave. Gate of Holy Sepulchre Cemetery for her Graveside Service. In lieu of flowers, contributions may be made to Hospice of Rochester Lifetime Care (St. Mary's), 3111 Winton Road S. Rochester NY 14623 in her memory.
