ROCHESTER - Passed away peacefully with family by her side on Monday, June 25th 2018 at age 93. Predeceased by husband, Walt Slattery; son, Scott Root; twin sister, June Diehl and Courtland Root Sr. Survived by children, Candy (Fran) Gulick, Linda Minier, Corky (Patty) Root, Patty (Don) Rothfuss; daughter-in-law, Paula Root; grandchildren & great grandchildren; brother-in-law, Don Diehl.
Calling Hours will be held from 11-1 on Monday, July 2nd at New Comer Cremations & Funerals, 2636 Ridgeway Ave., where a Funeral Service will be held immediately following at 1 PM. Interment to follow at Holy Sepulchre Cemetery.
