Went home to be with his Lord on Friday, May 11, 2007 at age 93. Survived by his loving wife of 60 years, Catherine (Culmone); children, Joanne (David) Hillengas, Diane (Thomas) Dupre & Mark (Dee) Zaffuto; granddaughter, Lisa (Matthew) Ciancarelli; great-grandchildren, Matthew, Sophia & James; sister, Jean Culmone; several nieces and nephews. Jay was a WW II Army Veteran.
No prior calling hours. Family and friends are invited to celebrate his Funeral Service on Friday (May 18th) at 11 AM at First Bible Baptist Church. Interment, White Haven Memorial Park. In lieu of flowers, contributions may be made to the First Bible Baptist Church Missions Fund, 1039 N. Greece Road, Rochester, NY 14626.
