Rochester- Jean B. Kliss, 88, passed away on Tuesday, October 22, 2019.
Jean was born in Rochester, NY on February 1, 1931 to the late Elmer and Flora Harper. In 1954 Jean married the love of her life, Hubert R. Kliss, Sr. Together they raised two sons. Jean will be remembered for her strong faith, and her love of music. Her passion in life was her family.
Jean is predeceased by her beloved husband, Hubert.
She is survived by her sons, Hubie (Martha) Kliss, and Jeff (Nancy) Kliss; her two grandsons, Brandon, and Justin; nieces and nephews; special friends, Terro (Tim) Pittman, and Daisy Brown.
A Latin Mass of Christian burial will be held at St. Thomas the Apostle, 4536 St. Paul, Blvd., Rochester, NY 14617, on Saturday, October 26, 2019, at 10:00am. Burial will be held at Holy Sepulchre Cemetery.
The family would like to thank all those at Hill Haven Nursing home for taking such good care of Jean during her last few days.
