Brighton: Tuesday, July 1, 2008. Beloved mother, grandmother, wife, sister, aunt, and a kind and generous spirit, left this life for the next at age 85. Predeceased by husband, Ernest Rivers, Sr. and sister, Joyce Malone of Panama City, FL. Survived by brother Kevin McGrane (Helen) of Ballston Lake, NY; daughters Kathryn and Rosanne; sons Ernest, Jr., David, Steven and Paul; daughter-in-law Sheila; grandchildren Heather, Colin and Ben.
Friends may call Friday, July 11th from 2-4 and 7-9 PM at New Comer Funeral Home, 6 Empire Blvd. Her Funeral Mass will be held Saturday, July 12th, 11:15 AM at Peace of Christ Parish at St. Ambrose Catholic Church, 25 Empire Blvd. Interment, Holy Sepulchre Cemetery. In lieu of flowers, donations may be made to Blossom Health Center, 1175 Monroe Ave., Rochester, NY 14620 in her memory.
