Thursday, April 21, 2005 at age 42. Predeceased by his father, Robert O. Clark. He is survived by his mother, Margo Clark; sister, Tammy (Steve Stefanski) Bills; grandmother, Helen Ferry; nephew, Matthew; niece, Morgan; several aunts, uncles, cousins and friends. Jeffrey was a 1980 graduate of Wayne Central School, Ontario, NY and served in the US Navy for 11 years.Family and friends are invited to gather at Tammy Bills' home, 5081 Ontario Center Rd., Walworth, NY Friday 2-8. Private interment. In lieu of flowers, contributions may be made to Camp Good Days and Special Times, 1332 Pittsford-Mendon Rd., Mendon, NY 14506. or St. Jude Childrens Research Hospital, 501 St. Jude Place, Memphis, TN 38105 in Jeffrey's memory.
