Passed away on Monday, January 11th 2021 at age 73. Predeceased by her parents, Andrew DiCiaccio & Sarah Palmer; brother-in-law, Jim Glennon. Survived by 3 daughters, Cheryl (Michael) Fordham, Cathy (Jim) Hodkinson, Lori Cieslinski; 7 grandchildren; brother, Andy (Judy) DiCiaccio; sister, Cheryl Glennon; nieces, Jennifer Glennon, Diana (Jim) Schwiegerling; several great nieces & great nephew.
Jennifer's Funeral Mass will be celebrated at 12 PM on Thursday, January 14th 2021 at Annunciation Church, 1760 Norton Street, Rochester, New York 14609. Followed by Interment at Holy Sepulchre Cemetery.
