He is survived by his wife of 28 years, Cathy; mother, Julia; his sons, Daniel, Matthew (Cahlin), Jerome and Joseph; daughter, Michelle; grandchildren, Lindsey, Ashley, Danielle Buccola, Gianna Lincourt and Matthew Buccola, Jr.; his sister, Angela (Charles) Ennis and aunt, Anna Proszek.
A Celebration of Jerry's life will be held Thursday at 3PM at Calvary Chapel, 85 Kuhn Rd.
