Saturday, March 4, 2006 at age 86. Predeceased by his son, Dean and sister, Florence Hilfiker. He is survived by his loving wife of 58 years, Ethel; son, Gary Sarafin; many nieces and nephews. Jesse was a member of the I.U.O.E., Local #832, veteran of WW II.
Family and friends are invited to celebrate his Memorial Mass, Friday March 10, at 9:30 AM at St. John the Evangelist Church, 2400 Ridge Rd. West. Private interment. In lieu of flowers, contributions may be made to The Unity Health Foundation, c/o I.C.U. at Park Ridge Hospital, 1555 Long Pond Rd., Rochester, NY 14626 in his memory.
