Jesse was born in Batavia, NY on July 27, 1983 to Brian and Jan Parsons.
Jesse is predeceased by his grandparents, Floyd and Merldean Parsons, and Guy Burr Jr.
Jesse is survived by children, Christian, JD, Jaylin, Jameson, and Jessilyn, his partner, Jennell Testa, his parents Brian (Patti Baker) Parsons and Jan Parsons, his siblings, Stacey (Pete Frank) Parsons, and Justin (Kristy) Parsons, his nieces and nephews, Curtis, Veronica, Raeanna, Cameron, Ryan, Jake, Olivia, and Morgan, his grandmother, Joyce Burr, and a host of aunts, uncles, and cousins.
Services will be held privately at the convenience of the family.
