Joan F. Hurlburt
Greece: Passed peacefully surrounded by her loving family on Friday, September 23, 2011 at age 57. She is survived by her husband of 35 years, Daniel Hurlburt; daughters, Danielle (Mario Perez) and Megan (Anthony Kelly); mother, Helen Dowd; mother-in-law, Dorothy Hurlburt; sisters, Doreen (Justin) Demel, Patricia (Michael) Caminiti; brothers, James and Francis Dowd; brother-in-law, David (Helen) Hurlburt.
Joan was a CCRN for 33 years at the Rochester Heart Institute.
Family will receive friends on Monday, September 26th from 1-4 and 6-9 PM at New Comer Funeral Home, 2636 Ridgeway Ave. A Funeral Mass will be celebrated on Tuesday, September 27th at 11 AM at the Church of the Blessed Sacrament, 534 Oxford St., Rochester, NY. Interment will be held on Wednesday at the Hope Cemetery in Hornell, NY at 12 NOON.
