Greece: Passed away peacefully Thursday, June 10, 2010 at age 78. Loving mom, grandmother and great-grandmother. Survived by her beloved children, Christopher Bihrle; Jo Marcia (James) Franck, Michael Bihrle, Amy (George) Steele; grandchildren, Lindsay and Kyle Bihrle, Benjamin (Christy) Franck, Jamie (Brian) Rismiller, Joshua Bihrle, Sean Bihrle; and great-grandson, Adrian Stephens. The family expresses deep gratitude to friends, neighbors and health care providers who gave such special care.
Family and friends are invited to celebrate her Funeral Mass on Tuesday, June 15 at 11 AM at St. Lawrence Church, 1000 North Greece Road. Interment, Pine Hill Cemetery, Rush, NY. In lieu of flowers, contributions in Joan's memory may be directed to Our Lady of Victory Church, 210 Pleasant St., Rochester, NY 14604, St. Mary's Oncology Unity Health Foundation, 1555 Long Pond Road, Rochester, NY 14626 or to Palliative Center for Caring at St. Ann's Home, 1450 Portland Avenue, Rochester, NY 14621.
