Wednesday, January 24, 2007 at age 92. Predeceased by her husband, Joseph; son, Robert; grandson, Danny; great-grandson, Ryan; son-in-law, Albert Schlageter. She is survived by her loving children, Nancy Schlageter, John (Molly) DiPonzio, Edward (Mary Ellen) DiPonzio and Jacquelyn (Bill) LaFave; daughter-in-law, Patricia DiPonzio; 10 grandchildren; 10 great-grandchildren; several nieces and nephews.
Family would like to thank all of the staff at Hamilton Manor for their loving and compassionate care.
Family and friends may call Friday 2-4 & 7-9 at the New Comer Family Funeral Home, 2636 Ridgeway Ave. Her Funeral Mass will be celebrated Saturday at 12 Noon at Our Lady of Mercy Church. Interment in Holy Sepulchre Cemetery. In lieu of flowers, contributions may be made to The Susan G. Koman Breast Cancer Foundation, Western New York Affiliate, PO Box 5172, Buffalo, NY 14240.
