Joanne R. Stahl

Joanne R. Stahl, a beloved business person and dedicated family woman, passed away on January 6, 2025, at the age of 84. Born in Rochester on April 24, 1940, Joanne was a remarkable individual whose legacy will forever resonate with her family, friends, and community.

A talented business owner, Joanne successfully established a unique sales business specializing in educational children's toys. Her entrepreneurial spirit was complemented by her unwavering commitment to nurturing the minds of young learners. Through her work, she brought joy and education into the lives of countless children and their families.

Throughout her life, Joanne balanced her career with her role as a devoted mother. She raised three children while managing her business, embodying resilience and dedication. Her passion for family extended beyond her children as she became a cherished consular to her nine grandchildren, who were the light of her life. Her love and guidance fostered close relationships, and she took immense pride in each of their accomplishments.

Joanne is survived by her loving husband of 65 years, Murray. Together, they created a lifetime of cherished memories. She is also survived by her daughters, Susan Stahl, Karen Divito, Kathy Paduano, Michael Divito, and daughter-in-law, Angela Stahl. Her grandchildren, Joshua, Phoebe, Caleb, Zechariah, Tobias, Nathanial, Hannah, Timothy, and Parker will carry forward her legacy of love and ambition.

Joanne was predeceased by her son, David Stahl, and her parents, Angelo and Angelina Agro. 

Family and friends are invited to her Celebration of Life on Saturday February 1, 2025 from 1 pm - 5pm, at Chef's Party House, 1875 N. Union Street, Spencerport, NY 14559, with Sharing of Memories at 3 pm.
