Joaquin Scott Perez Baker

Jeffrey Scott Perez Baker (55) passed away on March 27th 2023 surrounded by family after a long battle with A.L.S and Dementia.

Jeffrey was born on August 9th 1967 in Rochester N.Y to the late Joaquin Perez and Marie Baker. He found joy spending time outdoors with his 3 sons. Jeff loved sports(Yankees/Redskins), camping, fishing, hunting, and making bonfires. He was a skilled Tiles mason of the local B.A.C #3 which he installed throughout the Greater Rochester Area and took great pride in his work for many years.

Jeffrey is predeceased by (Father)Joaquin Perez, (Mother)Marie Baker, (Sister) Diane Gianforti,(Brother) William Baker III.

He is survived by his loving sons Kevin(Jorden)Baker, Brian(Jessica)Baker, Joseph Baker, 3 grandchildren Skylar, Elijah, and Parker.(Sister)Elleen & Edward O'Brien (Sister)Karen Baker, (Sister) Susan Williams-McGinnis,(Sister) Patti Perez Baker, (Brother) John Baker,(Sister) Sara Perez, (Sister) Waleska Perez,(Mother of his children) Lori Roberts-Baker, and many nieces and nephews.

Calling hours will be held at New Comer Cremations & Funerals, 2636 Ridgeway Ave., Rochester, NY 14626, on Saturday, April 1, 2023 from 12pm-3pm, with a service to immediately follow. Burial will be held privately at the convenience of the family
