Predeceased by his parents, Joseph & Betty Collins, sister, Peggy Alessi.
He is survived by his daughters, Kelly (Hugh) Wilson & Jackie (Daniel) Chianfoni; grandchildren, Dominic, Benjamin, & Daniella; siblings, Linda (Richard) Schmitt & James (Connie) Collins; mother of his daughters, Marjorie Collins; many nieces, nephews, cousins, friends & loving dog, Bailey.
Family will receive friends 4-7pm, Wednesday, November 9, 2016 at New Comer Funeral Home, 2636 Ridgeway Avenue. Interment at Riverside Cemetery.
In lieu of flowers donations can be made to the Lewy Body Dementia Association.
