Kaseman, John E.
Naples, FL: With strength, dignity, love and faith…John Emmett Kaseman passed away on Thursday June 23rd after recently celebrating his 80th birthday with loved ones.
With his family by his side, John smiled at the love of his life of 57 years and ascended into the hands of God to his final, beautiful resting place in Heaven.
John was born in 1931 in Rochester, NY. A graduate of Aquinas Institute, a United States Army Veteran of the Korean War. John maintained a longstanding career with Gerber Products Company. A former resident of Spencerport, NY…his career led him to Fremont, MI where he retired after 45 years and found himself "wondering how he ever got so lucky" as they became residents of Naples, FL upon retirement.
John was a loving father who was active with his sons growing up playing basketball and coaching little league, and had many neighborhood "sons" that he considered family until his final hour. He adored his four daughters and treated them as royalty as he did his bride of 57 years. He has left each of us with fond memories; his loving wife, Lorraine (Earl) Kaseman as well as his children and grandchildren whom he has impacted greatly over many years:
David (Rita) Kaseman; Austin,Amanda,Cameron, Daniel (Terry) Kaseman; Mac,Erin, Paul (Janis) Kaseman; Christopher,Danielle,Andrew, Peter (Sue) Kaseman; John Paul (Georgianna),Chelsey, Mary Beth (David) Stein; Jessica,Eric, Ann Marie Sirianni; Michael,Joseph,Nicholas, Kathleen Santangelo; Thomas and Christine Panyard; Kasey and his precious great granddaughter Kelly Kaseman.
Anxiously awaiting him at the hand of God is his beloved son John Kaseman, Jr who preceded him in death in 1978.
The family will receive friends Sunday, June 26th from 3-7 PM at the New Comer Funeral Home, 2636 Ridgeway Avenue. John's Mass of Christian Burial will be celebrated Monday, June 27th 10 AM at Holy Ghost Church, 250 Coldwater Road. Interment, Grove Place Cemetery.
