April 13, 1939 — September 27, 2016
Rochester: Passed peacefully Tuesday, September 27, 2016 at age 77 after a lengthy battle with cancer.
Predeceased by his parents, Roland and Ruth Proulx; his wife of 47 years, Thais; brothers, Malcolm, Richard and William Proulx.
He is survived by his sister, Ruth "Sue" Maine; brother, David K. Proulx; loving companion, Barbara Abbazia and her family; several nieces and nephews. Special thanks to loving friends and neighbors for their care and support especially Crystal, Tina and Wayne. John was an Army Veteran.
