John "Jack" Laskowski Sr.

John (Jack) Laskowski passed away peacefully on January 9th 2025

Predeceased by his wife Theresa (Ciak) Laskowski, daughters Theresa and Mary, parents Thomas and Mary Laskowski. Brother Thomas and sister in law Wanda Laskowski, sisters and brothers in Law, Ann and Anthony Woysnar, Helen and Henry Posluszny and Sophie and Joseph Strazewski.

Survived by his two sons and daughters-in-law John and Deborah Laskowski and James and Jill Laskowski. Five grandchildren, Alicia and husband Tom Peters, Ashley and husband Wade Granger, Josh and wife Corissa Laskowski, Lily Laskowski and Thomas Laskowski.

Great grandchildren, Sydney and Aaron Spaulding, Peter Granger, Hudson and Sawyer Laskowski as well as many nieces and nephews.

John worked for over 20 years at SUNY Binghamton. He loved fishing, hunting and anything that involved the great outdoors. 

He will be remembered for his great sense of humor, the pride he took in his Grandchildren and Great Grandchildren, the 8 point buck he shot from 100 yards at 83 years old along with his giving nature. 

Funeral services will be held in Binghamton NY at the Holy Trinity Church. Date to be determined.
