Greece: Sunday, March 29th, 2009, at age 62. He is survived by his wife, Kathleen and son, Scott Leiston; sisters, Mary Angelone and Judy (John) Blazey; mother-in-law, Colleen Haley; sisters-in-law, Colleen (Michael) Scotney and Mary Haley; several nieces, nephews, great-nieces and great nephews. Jack was a volunteer Fireman for the Ridge Road Fire Dept. for 33 years.
A Memorial Mass will be held on Saturday, April 18th at 9:30 A.M. at St. John the Evangelist Church, 2400 W. Ridge Rd. Private Interment.
