John Norman Young
March 22, 1931 — July 1, 2019
Rochester/Wolcott: Passed away peacefully on Monday, July 1st 2019 at age 88. Predeceased by his wife, Mildred A. Young. Survived by children, John "Kevin" (Michelle), Daniel (Danielle), Mark, Joe (Valerie), Daniel Driscoll; grandchildren, Lisa, Mark Jr., Truli, Westley Reynolds; great grandsons, Aiden & Liam; sister, Doris M. LaValley; nieces, nephews & cousins.
John was a Corporal in the United States Army. He served two terms as Supervisor for Huron Township in Wayne County, New York, graduated from RIT as a Chemist and worked for Eastman Kodak for 43 years.
Calling Hours will be held from 4-7 PM on Wednesday, July 10th 2019 at New Comer Cremations & Funerals, 2636 Ridgeway Ave. A Funeral Ceremony will be celebrated at 10 AM on Thursday, July 11th at the Church of Jesus Christ of Latter Day Saints, 1400 Westfall Road, Rochester, NY 14618. Interment to follow at Huron Evergreen Cemetery.
