Rochester: Passed away unexpectedly Sunday, October 5, 2008 at age 15. He is predeceased by his father, Jeffrey; grandmother, Joy Schembra and grandfather, Joseph Schembra. Survived by his mother, (Stephanie Morse); step-father, Ty Bragg; grandmother, Rosemary Schembra; brothers, Jesse and Justice; cousins, Melanie Isaac, George Bonin, Bella Burchett, Jeannine, Carra and Joan Polcyn; aunts, Shawne Isaac, Vicky Lima and Kathleen DeFrank. Jordan was a student in the 10th grade at Brighton High School.
The family will receive friends Thursday, October 9th, from 4-7 PM at New Comer Funeral Home, 6 Empire Blvd., where Services will be held at 7 PM. Interment will be private. In lieu of flowers, the family strongly encourages donations to the Golisano Children's Hospital At Strong, 601 Elmwood Avenue, Rochester, NY 14642.
