Predeceased by his parents Hartley Jr. & Corrie.
He is survived by his beloved uncle, Wayne Cleveland, Sr.; siblings, Cherra, Hartley III, & Katrina; extended Slater family of Rochester, NY; a host of nieces, nephews, cousins, & friends.
Family will receive friends 10:00 AM - 11:00 AM Tuesday, December 10, 2019 at New Life Fellowship Church, 330 Wellington Ave., where his Celebration of Life will follow at 11:00 AM.
