Webster: Beloved husband and father passed away Dec. 5, 2016 in West Palm Beach, FL.
He was born in Johnstown, PA on May 20, 1928. Joe joined the US Navy at 17 and went on to work many years as a technical instructor at SCM Corp. and later as a small business owner before retiring to West Palm Beach.
He is survived by his loving wife of 68 years, Barbara Bobby Nino; daughters, Patricia (Robert) Ferris, Jean (David) Murch, Barbara Ann Nino; grandson, Joseph Nino-Hernes; granddaughter, Jessica (Andrew) Silverman.
Private services at the convenience of the family.
