Rochester: Went home to be with the Lord on Saturday, May 17, 2008 at age 85. Predeceased by his brother, Angelo. He is survived by his loving wife, Elizabeth; daughter, MaryAnn (Dave) Barbero; sons, Randy (Kathy) and Michael (Debra); grandchildren, MaryBeth (Casey) Fabiano, Shawn and Joann Barbero, Brian (Kim), Jason, Katie, Michael, and Andrew Ciaccia; great-grandchildren, Anthony, Zachary, Elizabeth, and Nicholas Fabiano; brothers, Anthony and Dick; sisters, Lucille Berardi, Mary Gala, and Joanne Sullenger of MI; brother-in-law, Anthony (Connie) DelVecchio; several nieces, nephews, and special friends. Joseph was a WW II Army veteran.

Calling hours Tuesday, May 20th, 3-8 PM at the New Comer Funeral Home, 6 Empire Blvd. Family and friends are invited to gather Wednesday morning at 9 AM at the Funeral Home for prayers followed by a procession to Holy Sepulchre Cemetery. A Memorial Service will follow at 12 Noon at Koinonia Fellowship Church, 500 Main St., East Rochester. Contributions may be made to Association for the Blind and Visually Impaired, 422 S. Clinton Ave, Rochester, NY 14620 in Jospeh's memory.
