Peacefully with the Lord on Tuesday, January 23, 2007. He is predeceased by his loving wife, Elizabeth Ann. Survived by his children, Richard Roberts, Patricia (Glenn) Richardsen, Pamela (Neal) Levitt and Paula (Scott) Knotowicz; grandchildren, Garrett, Holly, Hillary, Joseph, Richard, Julie and Chris; sisters, Florence (Kenneth) Thomas and Ann (Floyd) Free; along with nieces and nephews; special friend, Liz Widman.
Robert was an avid sailor; captain of Sea Gypsy; a descriptive author. He was a United States Army Veteran.
The family will receive friends on Saturday, January 27th, from 2-5 PM at the New Comer Family Funeral Home, 6 Empire Blvd. His Funeral Mass will be celebrated on Monday morning at 10 AM in St. Thomas More Church, 2617 East Ave. Private Interment, Mendon Cemetery. Memorial contributions may be directed to the Pluta Cancer Center, 125 Red Creek Dr., Rochester, NY 14623 whom the family wishes to thank for his extraordinary care and personal dedication to his health and well being.
