Rochester: Died peacefully Wednesday, June 2, 2010 at age 91. He was predeceased by his loving wife of 56 years, Mary; parents, Federico and Gelsomina Brogna. Survived by his daughters, Anne J. Houser of Little Rock, AR., Carla (John) Van Demark of Rochester, NY, Mary Jo (Jason) Tenison-Wil¬lis of Little Rock, AR.; grandchildren, Bryan P. (Amber) Golding of Rochester, NY, Richard L. Tenison II of Little Rock, AR., Lansing D. Willis of Little Rock, AR.; great-granddaughter, Julie Marie Golding of Rochester, NY; sister, Marie Fiore of Rochester, NY.
Joseph was a United States Navy Veteran serving during WW II in the Pacific Theatre. A member of the Knights of Columbus and Past Commander of the V.F.W. Post #180.
There will be no prior calling hours. A Mass of Christian Burial will be celebrated Saturday, June 5th at 9AM at Holy Name of Jesus Church, 15 St. Martin Way. Interment Holy Sepulchre Cemetery. Memorial contirbutions may be directed to Holy Name of Jesus Church.
