Passed Saturday, February 4, 2017, at age 84. Predeceased by his parents, Victor Ezra & Sarah "Nina" Williams; his loving wife, Barbara (Cluff). Survived by children, Victor Williams, Scott (Heather), Susan (Patrick) Creedon, Kristen (Alberto) Puertas Conrad; 16 grandchildren; 3 great grandchildren. Joseph was a retiree of Eastman Kodak Company after 29 years of service. He was an U.S. Army veteran who served his country during the Korean War.
Services for Joseph Victor Williams will be held on Saturday, February 11, 2017 at The Church of Jesus Christ of Latter-day Saints, 1400 Westfall Road, Rochester, NY 14618. The viewing will start at 9:00 a.m. and the service will begin at 10:00 a.m. Those wanting to attend the grave dedication directly after the funeral are welcome. He will be buried alongside his sweetheart, Barbara, in Grove Place Cemetery, 2775 Chili Avenue, Rochester, NY 14624.
